Found

Found is a hiring platform that matches talent with high-growth companies via a matching and video pitch process.

Together with the founding team, I explored the product needs as well as different approaches to the hiring process for both talent and companies. After the ideation process, I created wireframes and prototypes, iterated based on user interviews and stakeholder feedback and led new feature explorations.
